The simplified takeoff summary report now has more detail to help with the bidding and estimating process. Track your earthwork volumes through a variety of improved views. The new user-defined surfaces allow you to create a Microsoft excel file that you can integrate into your other estimating software packages. Customize and modify the surfaces based on what you want to see, such as adding cut, fill or shrink swell ratios. You can also view your volumes in a pie chart or tabular format.
With this new release comes some tools for your construction workflows including a new Earthwork Summary report, and the ability to switch from VisionLink to WorksOS, among various new features, enhancements, and fixes for defects. A brand new paid subscription offering lowers the point of entry improving accessibility for customers to use Trimble Business Center for construction, engineering, and survey businesses.
Migrate your data from VisionLink to WorksOS to integrate more readily across Trimble Connected Construction solutions
Version 5.4 also integrates Trimble WorksOS jobsite productivity so you can now use Trimble Business Center to start your WorksOS project, as well as your WorksManager project. This integration lets you publish your surveyed services, your design services, and even your linework directly from Trimble Business Center to WorksOS.
You can also use the mapping data on your machines to bring that information back into Trimble Business Center to do more analysis.
